How to access your GP Practice.

The way you access your GP is changing to ensure you get the best possible care safely and quickly. We only want people to attend the practice when they need to, in order to keep you and our staff safe from Coronavirus.

Please note; any appointment booked will be with the medical practitioner available at that time. If you wish to request a specific doctor or nurse for you appointment, please let it be known at the time of booking and arrangements will be made.


Appointments are available for the following services; Asthma, Cardiovascular, Citizens Advice Bureau, Counselling, Diabetics, District Nurses, Health Visitors, Minor Surgery, and Physiotherapy.

Self Care

You can self referral to certain services without the need to see the GP and reduce your waiting time to be seen.


We provide repeat prescriptions, electronic prescriptions, and free prescriptions.


You can now use the new NHS App, a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services (including your COVID vaccination record) and your GP account on your smartphone or tablet.

Registering with the surgery

If you live within our practice boundary you can register as a new patient.


If you have an emergency or aren’t sure what to do we can help.

Women’s Health

We offer a full range of family planning options, as well as provide cervical screenings and a midwifery service.

Home Visits

The doctors do home visits for housebound patients and under certain other circumstances.


Vaccinations are available for seasonal flu as well as for travel.

Health Checks and appointments

We offer a Health Check to everyone between the ages of 40-74 years of age, as well as Health checks for our patients over 75 years of age.

Pharmacy First

Pharmacy First provides easy access to prompt advice and treatment including prescription medicines, where appropriate, for seven common conditions.
